Perth Ceiling Contracting had a new name, a parked domain and no presence in search. We built 12 pages, each one mapped to a real search from live keyword data, published their prices openly, and made every page fast on a phone and easy for AI search to quote.
Perth Ceiling Contracting fixes, replaces and installs ceilings for homes and commercial spaces across Perth, from Yanchep to Rockingham. Mitch is the person customers call or text.
The work covers eight services: ceiling repairs, sagging ceilings, water damage, ceiling replacement, new gyprock ceilings, suspended ceilings, walls and partitions, and commercial ceilings. Insurance work is part of it.
Their customer usually has a problem right now. A crack that keeps growing, a ceiling that has started to sag, a stain after a storm. They search on a phone, and they call whoever looks trustworthy and answers first.
The business was changing its name from PC Contracting WA to Perth Ceiling Contracting. The domain, pccwa.com.au, pointed at a parking page.
There was nothing in search to build on. Keyword data showed zero organic rankings. The links pointing at the domain were almost all automated spam that Google ignores.
The searches were there. "Ceiling repairs perth" alone is searched about 500 times a month, and the sites ranking for the longer searches were small, low authority sites. A new site with the right pages could compete.
Before any page was written, we pulled live keyword data for Australia. Each page owns one group of searches, and nothing competes with the homepage for the main term.
That gave the site its shape: a homepage, a pillar page for repairs, a page for each service, two suburb pages for Joondalup and Rockingham, and the about and contact pages.
| Search | Page | Volume |
|---|---|---|
| ceiling repairs perth | Homepage | 500 |
| sagging ceiling | Sagging ceilings | 200 |
| ceiling repairs perth northern suburbs | Repairs pillar | 150 |
| ceiling repairs joondalup | Joondalup | 100 |
| ceiling repairs rockingham | Rockingham | 90 |
| ceiling installation perth | New gyprock ceilings | 70 |
| office partition walls perth | Walls and partitions | 70 |
| commercial ceilings perth | Commercial | 70 |
People now ask Google's AI answers and ChatGPT what a ceiling repair costs before they ring anyone. The site is built to be the page those tools quote.

A tradie site is only as good as what happens after someone fills in the form. Every page carries the same quote form, and every enquiry is tracked from the click to the inbox.
A tradie website has one job: turn a search into a quote request. Every page here was written for a search someone actually makes, and every claim on it is one the client can stand behind.
Every figure on this page is a measurement of the build, not a result. The site is new. We'll report enquiries and rankings the same way once there is something real to measure.
A 12 page website for a Perth ceiling contractor: a homepage, a ceiling repairs pillar page, six service pages, suburb pages for Joondalup and Rockingham, and about and contact pages. Each page targets a real search from live keyword data. The build includes 79 questions in FAQ schema, published prices, a quote form on every page and tracking for every enquiry.
From search data, not guesswork. We pull the searches people make in the trade's area, group them, and give each group its own page. For Perth Ceiling Contracting that meant a page each for sagging ceilings, replacement, new gyprock ceilings, suspended ceilings, partitions and commercial work, plus suburb pages where the searches justified them.
Because cost is the first question every customer has, and a page that answers it earns the call. Published ranges also give Google's AI answers and ChatGPT a real number to quote. Perth Ceiling Contracting shows small repairs at $300 to $800 and a full room replacement at $2,500 to $6,000, approved by the client.
Because there aren't enough real Google reviews to show yet, and fake or sample reviews cost trust and break Australian consumer law. The build fails if a rating claim is added without real reviews behind it. Reviews will go on the site once customers leave them on the Google Business Profile.
It scored 98 to 99 for Lighthouse performance in testing before launch, with zero layout shift. The fonts are self-hosted with matched fallbacks, which removed about a second of render blocking, and every hero image is under 150KB so pages load quickly on mobile data.
Yes. We build tradie websites across Australia from $1,750 fixed price for a single page and $3,250 for a full site with a page per service. Every build starts with the searches in your area, and most go live in 2 to 4 weeks. See our websites for tradies page.
If your website doesn't show up for the jobs you want, we can build it page by page from what your customers actually search, and track every enquiry it brings in.
